I am looking to buy a Indian sim card. It can be any network but should work and i should be able to call and send messages from that sim.
Payment can discussed and i can pay upfront depending on how trustworthy you are.

I think it is not good to give a like too easy to get sim card with your I'd and address proof to use for a unknown persons because of it always high risk for you so before going like this please think again.

if yes you can get sim easily
IF no - you can still get a sim card on passport proof basis which called NRI sim card.
if you are asking you need sim on others proof that is little impossible for us to provide that sim card.
