I see that dash team want to get serious in their project again and it's a very good development, the good thing about having this kind of project that are already existing than creating a new one is that once they decide to carry out an upgrade, they will always attract the attention of investors because they believe in the project since it has been existing for a while than focusing on the new platform that is just creating an hype for themselves that won't last for so long.
