As stated in the title, I need exactly 0.01176471 BTC, and I'm offering $76.50 PayPal, which is a little bit in your favor (at preev=$6375).  If we do this deal, please don't skimp on the network fee, because I'd like to get the bitcoin ASAP.

I will not send first unless you have significant green trust or if I've done business with you before.
