It would be best to contact Karatbars support for more information, as I believe they have been transferred to your Karatbit wallet which would've been set up for you. Your dashboard is not the best place to store them, and now that the crypto coin infrastructure has been further developed since you bought your coins they have been moved from your dashboard. I believe Karatbars should be able to help you access them. Do you have contact info for your sponsor? They should've been keeping you in the loop with what was going on, so if you can get in touch with them that might help too. As for Karatgold.io, I think that site was only active during the ICO, which was completed several months ago, but as a Canadian I'm not able to access it to tell if it's still active. If it was me I wouldn't expect an answer from them, as that phase of the project is over. At this point you shouldn't worry, as mine are all safe and sound, as well as others I know, and I have full confidence in the integrity of Karatbars and have dealt with them for several years now. Good luck!
