Sounds fishy. Why does it need an email address or a facebook account? And it's too good to be true as well.
Can you show us proof if it's really legit?

I agree this kind of promo doesn't really attract members from this forum unless they are new.
And people should really be careful on what they click because they might face some problem in the future.

Such offer in the past would be considered as real because people then weren't keen with things like that but these times, I don't think such offers too are for real. It could be for other purposes like email farming etc.

Why don't you show us who is holding the funds. What would be better is you tell somebody who is trusted here on the forum to escrow those funds.

I am not sure what is said, by paying $ 250 in BTC just to enter a Facebook account. This is weird.
