I never play with ports, and for ordinary users this is not so important, so you obviously made something wrong in settings. If you remember exactly what you did, just return to those settings you had before. If it does not work anyway, the only fix is the hard reset router on the factory settings.
Depending on your router / ISP, it should configure itself with your ISP user name&password, but you will need to enter manually settings for wireless network.
