Help XMR Monero

Does anybody know how to convert the XMR address to the old style with tag and new style with integrated tag back and forth? Some exchanges require the new style and others require the old style - I am using kraken and trying to transfer the XMR from kraken over to OKEX which is asking for a tag but kraken has the new style with integrated address and no separate tag.

I don't know about anything like this, because I never had an XMR coin, try asking in the XMR telegram channel or on the second exchange service, who knows there is the right answer for you.

Are you talking about the payment ID?
Payment ID is not a new thing for monero. As Monero is to be an anonymous coin, it's difficult for receiving address to verify the sending address. That's why receiving address want's payment ID.
I don't think you'll be able to set a payment ID from kraken. So the best option is to withdraw it into any supported monero wallet and than send it to OKEX.
