Have you taken a look at their website? I think you'll know how they work. Long story short, they provide an all-in-one place for you to exchange your coins via exchanger like Changelly or something similar. You choose the exchange, you deposit to their deposit address, and get your desired coins in return on your wallet address that you provided. It's simple enough but you have to make sure that the deposit address really belongs to the exchange that they listed.

I wonder how this can be effectively done since we shall be interacting with a not and I feel it might takes hours before an order can be completed.
I tried checking how this works but I found a bug unless if its intentional, when I clicked on start exchange on your website, it takes me to the normal telegram page when I click on join group it requested for my login information instead of redirecting me to my telegram app which I had already login.
Do check this and confirm if it happens to only me.
