Could you explain what you mean by this? It doesn't make any sense to me. What 3 transactions? Who advised you? Did you make them in the end?

It doesn't look like Cryptomusu is very popular (It apparently just started on January 2018), so I don't think many people will be able to help you out unless you post a screenshot of what you're talking about. You should be able to upload it to imgur or something similar, then link it here.

The site in question is fairly unknown, so I'm not sure you will receive many responses here. Have you tried to contact their support line (if any)? Hate to bring in more negativity but cryptomusu is an unlicensed broker, they don't seem very reputable at the moment. If you end up recovering your funds, great, but perhaps it would be better to move on to a more reputable alernative such as Plus500.

I too invested in this scam company. I've been trying to withdraw funds for a month but am always provided with some excuse why it hasn't been processed (technical issue, not answering my phone, account manager on holiday, account manager too busy). They are a bunch thieving conmen and I advise everyone to avoid like the plague.

Here is an example of online chat - this was from 1 week ago and still have to read the same bullshit everytime I contact the mother fuckers:

Hi, Still waiting for my withdrawal to be completed. What's happening?

— Don Williams has joined the conversation. —

allow me a moment to find your account for you please
As from what I can see, your withdraw request is on pending -there is a technical issue in the software transferring the payments and there are some accounts affected by it Our developers together with our financial department are working on resolving this issue

I've been fed that excuse for the past three weeks. How long do you expect me to wait for MY money?

i apologies about the delay
but as i can see you withdraw will be approved soon

How soon exactly?

i can not quarantee how soon
but what i can assure you is that
your withdraw will soon be approved

End of the month?
End of June?
End of the year, maybe?

Sir like i said your withdraw is already close to approval
and you will be notify via email once your withdraw is been approved

How can you state it's close to approval but then can't provide me with an estimate of approval date? You are clearly contradicting yourself and being evasive.

like i said sir i ca not guarantee you the exact date or time
as it can be approved anytime soon

I'm not asking for the exact date or time. I'm asking for a date it will be completed by.
You still there?

Sir i believe i have explain to you everything you need to known
know concerning your account

The only thing I want to know you are avoiding answering. I'll ask again: By what date will the payment be made to me. I don't need the exact date and time, just the date it will be done by. So, for example, will it be done by the 1st of June 2018 ? A yes or no will suffice.

Sir, like i said earlier you will be notify via email
once your withdraw is approved
so please have patient with us
as your withdraw is already close to approval
2:52 pm

Your just repeating yourself with none answers. That's useless information. I'll give it until Monday and then my patience and cordial manner will have run out. Well done in completing your latest round of procrastination.

They are a CFD broker, so you are actually trading CFD contracts, and not the actual crypto currency.

Also, they are not FCA regulated, so your money is not secure.

Oh no, you should have gone a research prior to investing your money. Joining in cryptocurrency at your own risk.is even advise. Anyway, if you still holding your money right now then it would better not to deposit it to the said company. If I were you OP try to for a good exchange and join like BINANCE EXCHANGE. There you can buy good coins as suggested like bitcoins that can have a great bull run in the future as its market price continously increases.
