A MESSAGE TO ALL DEVELOPERS including ADVISORS as well

This is a message to all developers out there ,including advisors because I believe they are not left out.
Why are we having many bounty projects flashing hunters millions of dollars Worth of there tokens just for us to promote for them when they can actually limit hunters rewards for better results? E.g

A project claim to pay hunters 9million dollars Worth of tokens and after bounty ends they get listed of crap exchange and the tokens lose value.

The solution is >why not give out just 100k Worth of tokens to hunters and use the remaining 800k to get listed of better exchanges like binance ? Ultimately this move will brings better value to your tokens, am I the only one thinking this way??

Better exchange always have better results ,I want to use harmony for example ,the bounty allocation was so small that all I got was 20$ Worth of tokens but when it get listed on binance its already done 7x meaning my 20$ x 7 =140$ ,this is just better than anything I've seen so far
