Extreme poverty is one of the most troubling social crisis’s facing humanity. According to the World Bank, 736 million people live in abject poverty conditions with limited access to their basic needs like food, water, shelter, and sanitation. To combat this global problem, millions of people every year make well-meaning contributions to various charitable organizations. Unfortunately, a shocking number of donations fail to reach their true beneficiaries. Due to the lack of transparency and availability to track their contributions, many have lost their faith in the effectiveness of relief organizations.
