BITCOIN PRIVATE ( BTCP )ELECTRUM WALLET NOT CONNECTED PLEASE HELP

I stored my BTCP coins in a electrum wallet 1.1.1 using a ledger nano s, but then i downloaded the electrum wallet in a new windows 10 computer. When I open it i CANNOT see my balance and says that the server is NOT CONNECTED. If I stored my coins using a hardware walled I think that i should recover my coins somehow even if i cannot see my balance in the electrum wallet. PLEASE HELP ME TO RECOVER MY COINS.  I have tryed to contact the Bitcoin private team but they dont answer. When i tryed to connect my ledger in the old windows 7 computer it gets restarted.

Is your wallet online? Have you got a firewall rule blocking some outbound connections?

All i can see is a big red dot below. Also, i disconnected the firewall but still not working. What do you mean by online? Is there some setting to turn rhe wallet online?

All you can see is the wallet blank with no balance and the options above. Thats it. I installed it yesterday

What version of Electrum are you using?

Do you know if Bitcoin Private turned down support for Electrum?

If you are using electrum mobile wallet then you should have your backup phrase so just let go of electrum and insert your backup phrase in other wallets like enjin or coinomi you will have access to your coins again

I am using version 1.1.1 and the wallet still available in the BTCP website
