Wait, what? Do people actually type "Ledger Nano Support Number" in to Google and just call the first thing that pops up!?
I did not read so far that someone is report that he became a victim of fake Ledger support, but I believe there are such cases, it's just one more attack vector. We have fake devices, fake Ledger Live and now we have fake Ledger support, I wonder what's next.
It is hard to say what percentage of those who have hardware wallets has complete knowledge about how the whole thing works. They are an ideal target for hackers who just take some
