I got banned from posting on this forum sometime ago, I wrote an appeal via email to the given address but up to now the email has not been attended to. I tried to even send followup emails but no luck it seems. Is there any other way to appeal?

Sorry tendy263, you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
You have been permanently banned by a forum moderator, probably due to spam or plagiarism. You may appeal here, but your chances are not good: banappeals...@theymos.e4ward.com

Well follow the given way. There are no need for any other way.

On a side note, you are making post in other boards which is not allowed according to the unofficial rules.

You really need to read the rules.

Good luck.

You can create 1 (one!) single thread containing your ban appeal in the meta section.

But since you already used this account for ban evading by posting in another thread which is not related to a ban appeal at all, your chance are getting worse and worse.

Note that being banned doesn't mean that one single account is banned, but you (as a person) are banned from this forum. This includes any account of your (current or future).

Post history archived for reference.

12. No duplicate posting in multiple boards (except for re-posting it in the local language boards if it's translated).

I guess you violate this rule (correct me if I'm wrong), it is some sort of plagiarism in a way and maybe you don't have any think to post and just want to comply the quantity of your post for your signature campaign? Maybe this was the one been reported. Plagiarism is not the only rule if violated will get you banned in the forum FYI.

I find steemit a bit ''stiff'' and too rigid in its rules for someone who may just want to run a blog like we used to do with medium. Why should I power up to be able to post as much as I like?? Its like paying to be able to blog. The earning are not that great also and with the advent of bots upvoting posts, it seems like the system is not fair as the content is not upvoted on merit.

Edit: This is what I found been plagiarized and it is too close on time gap.

Bountyhive is one of the best sources and services in terms of bounty campaigns. I also follow latest bounty campaigns from reputable bounty managers like Sinatra, Sylon, Sandra Evans and btcltcdigger. No need to pay in order for you to get legit ICOs with bounty campaign. You may also check ICOBENCH for high rating icos with bounties.

Beside rules on ban evasion, you can also read my guide on ban appeal, here: Ban appeal - How to make it right and reduce workload for forum staffs. It is never too later to read forum rules and helpful guides.

You know I don't understand this. Why do you plagiarize when you obviously speak English well enough to convey your thoughts accurately on this forum?

I'm not going to give you advice on how to evade your ban, but you seem like the type of person who'd actually be able to contribute if you just took an honest approach.

Idk, maybe I just have a soft spot for people who at least use correct English & punctuation Tongue

I realise how wrong it is to try and pass other people's work as my own and there isn't much I can say to justify my past mistakes and behavior than to say that it wont be happening again. If there is something I have learnt from all this its that getting ahead is a process not an event.

~ Why do you plagiarize when you obviously speak English well enough to convey your thoughts accurately on this forum?
<.snip.>

Most of these banned accounts are accounts that where farmed by farmers long-ago on this forum and, nemeses has just caught up with them. They have cheated the forum and never thought of be caught up in the web. Also, most of these account buyers will never care to check through their bought account for plagiarism, instead jump into signature campaigns to earn with legitimate forum users.

What you are saying is true, but my account was not purchased from anyone, I opened with a personal email address that I still use to this day. Its only that the account was very dear to me and chiefly because I ran a bounty campaign for Zimbabwe's first and only ICO using that account. Yes I made mistakes with it but its far from ''nemeses'' and all that

since you admitted your mistakes, by now you should realize there is no chance for your ban appeal
you broke to many rules to get a pardon or even a reduced punishment
- plagiarism by tendy263 (refer to rhomelmabini's post)
- ban evasion by tendy263 (joytom banned dec2019), and LordOfLight
- merit exchange between your alts: joytom and tendy263

Rule-breaking is an action that should not have occurred in the first place. If all you get is a slap on the wrist then what is the point of even maintaining the rules of the forum?

Moreover, if you hadn't been caught, what are the chances that you would have stopped?
