My favorite POS coin is decred and qtum, both are having good development. But for me im not seeing the POS coin to be adopted as a payment system.
I still prefer a masternode coin like that that can be used as a staking coin which already adopted by a lot of store.

masternode  is good solution, but often for a masternode you need a huge bank or  you can take a high risks if you invest into unknown coins

My favorite pos coins:
Universe(uni) - of course, the coin slipped in price, but the developers are working on the project and even made an online wallet http://uniwallet.io/ with the pos mining.
Reddcoin(rdd) - coin which has long existed and has a fairly stable rate.
DeepOnion(Onion) - an interesting coin that will probably become an analogue of monero.
