pls explain me stake process??

I have about 60k teslas and didnt syncro wallet for about 15 days. Today I turned it on and it shows stake and its synchronizing and puting coins from balance to stake??? IT says mined and the question if its stake, is that coins for trading or not???

so pls explain as I didnt found nothing about it??
