NordVPN has connection issues on windows 10

You internet may stop working until you disconnect from the VPN and reconnect to your internet. I have had that issue. Used a cheap NordVPN, went to this problem.
Not worth for desktop application. For mobile. Works good.

I only had that issue once using web-based Telegram but I read that it's a Telegram issue, not NordVPN's.
