First of all, I don't think you need to create a new thread for such issue as you can post it on their official ANN thread. Secondly, since the support told you that it is about visual bug on the mobile version of the dice then probably you can ask them to show your complete bets history. I think visual bug here is something like there are some bets that are not shown properly (skipped) on the mobile version. Last, have you tried to use the full version of the site by using your PC to play the dice game with the same setting?

What I can think about your case is that it's a glitch of their auto play since you mention that the auto-play is at your advantage. You also mentioned that you tried PC and mobile version many times. Have you tried playing the game again with the same settings but this time try playing without using auto-play?. If the result is different then my opinion about this case is that it's mechanical fault in auto-play part.

Never experienced such weird behavior on any gambling site so far. They are probably working on rectifying it right away in order to not let others exploit it again anytime in the future.

Glitches happen now and then op. If you won money thanks to it, good for you. However, if you lost money, they need to refund it right away since you even have supporting evidence to back up you claims.

I often use this martingale system but never have any big problem like you have because it never broken when I tried to play it. Of course it is much more than just 10 sat with lower on lose bet. But it seems evreything is fine there. And I never have anyone complaint it like this, until now you complaint it and asking for a bug reward? Anyway you said you tried it so many times by using phone and pc, and get only 1 times glitch, so I do not think it is really big deal, plus it is on your advantage

I am not what I will be mentioning in this reply or post but if it's in your advantage why would you be worrying about the glitch since it's in your advantage and you also won money even if it's huge amount or small amount if I were the one who experience the glitch but if it's not in your advantage then it is the right thing to complain to the site and hoping that soon they will fix it and refund the money you have lost because of the problem.

I've played on both the mobile and full version of the site many times, and I've only encountered this glitch once. I didn't post on their main thread, because it's really not that big of a deal. I just thought it was odd and wondered if anyone had seen anything similar.
Haven't experience anything like that on most Dice sites i had played and maybe that glitch being fixed after you reach out their support.

If they do find this issue as a major one then they might consider on giving out that bug bounty but they had already explained and just
accept their response towards that.

I was playing dice on FortuneJack the other night, and I noticed something strange while using the auto-play function. I had it set as follows: bet .00000010 BTC, payout 3.33, increase bet on loss 40%. but every so often, after a winning bet, the following bet was 40% higher. whether that bet won or loss, the following bet was always reset.

I contacted live support about it, and I was told the issue would be looked into. I also inquired about their bug bounty. live support told me that would be determined after looking into the issue. a while later, I received an email that said "As the information was checked, there was shown visually incorrect information in mobile version of Dice, but there was no bug regarding your gameplay and the game itself.We are very sorry for the inconvenience you had."

this seems to imply that the correct action was taken, with respect to the betting function, in spite of the incorrect bet size listed on the screen.. but that's not what seems to have happened. my balance went up or down, according to whatever bet was placed. I know this for a fact, because initially this "glitch" was working to my advantage.

I don't know if this was a bug.. or a glitch... or mechanical autism.. ? whatever the case may be, I wasn't particularly impressed with their explanation. have any of you ever experienced strange auto-play behavior?

Interesting how you didn't bring it to their attention when you were winning, but now you've started losing, you starting complaining.

Suck it up and take your loss like a man, plenty of things can cause a delay in the results, including how much available operating RAM your device has.
