You should assume your computer is compromised. Backup your data, wipe it, and start over. Move all your coins to a new wallet (unless they're currently on a hardware wallet), and change all your passwords (to unique new ones).

For privacy and security, you may want to check Tails: a Linux-based OS that runs from CD or USB stick, and comes with Electrum and Tor browser by default.
