I don't think this has anything to do with Bitcoin. I suggest you move to Altcoin Disscussion or Services.

For the first time, I've seen an exchange with XRP as its main pair to other coins. I don't have experience with them but it looks like a chinese exchange because it has CNY pair.

Ohh, after researching they have been hacked recently.
