Your "collectibles" are pretty much worthless, and honestly, mpay looks more like a pump and dump type of token. When you say "collateral is a locked", that tells me it cannot be sold or transferred. On top of that the volume looks extremely low, and i can barely find it on any reliable exchanges (after all they concluded their ico a couple of months ago it seems), so its hard to really say if thats valid collateral. Do you have anything else that is 120% of what youre asking?

Those look like the shadiest exchanges that have this coin listed.  Two of the four exchanges listed aren't even being counted for volume on CMC.  I think it's safe to call MPAY a shitcoin...  Why don't you just dump it?

I believe that Op make a bounty for this project and they credit his payment there. That doesn't mean that you can use the coins, if the wallet is locked for this coin.

Thank you for proving my thoughts right but that makes you a Defaulter from the start, since it's clrearly that you wont have any intension to repay the loan that you ask.
