First of all, the phishing site gives error even without connecting the ledger device. That alone would make anyone suspicious. Secondly the error code he has set is invalid since a hexadecimal error code contains characters - "0-9" and "a-f" .

Anyone considering of entering his seed words on a website or app will probably not pay attention to those details that you mentioned. The seed words are not supposed to be entered in any software, including the official Ledger Live app. They should only be viewed on the screen of your hardware device as recommended everywhere.
