Iocoin what to do

I discovered I have a wallet backup of iocoin. Is it still worth anything? How to I activate?

If it's the same iocoin that I know, it's trading in Bittrex Exchange but the marketcap isn't worth so much, the 24 hour volume does not look too good at all right now, but since you discovered it when you thought it was lost, half bread has always been better than none.
