I was informed you started your sportsbook for Nigerian market and initially you were using blocktrail as a payment processor. We completed setup and you operated it for some time.
After blocktrail was acquired by btc.com the api stopped working and we requested you change a payment processor. It happens and obviously there is integration work involved to setup a new one.
Also it is NOT true that you paid us 15,000 USD. We agreed on this price for one year to lease the software and services, but you have paid only 2,000 USD so far based on our records.
Then you missed several payment notices and we were forced to disconnect you because data suppliers requested us to do that.

1. Like I said Earlier, we agreed on $15,000 to be paid on installment. The agreement stated that after the first $1,500 payment, that the subsequent payments will commence after the platform is completed and delivered. You said the platform will be ready within 4days after the initial payment. Four months after the payment, your mediocre team were still grappling with how to setup a ready made template.
2. It took you 2 months to upload a simple logo to the site. And massive 3 months to integrate already built in bitcoin wallet from Blocktrail. Blocktrail was already acquired by BTC.COM even before you started the project. You recommended blocktrail as a system you already have in place, yet you couldn't get it right from September till December 2018. You refused to integrate my preferred Mycelium wallet even though that takes less than 30 minutes to install, you insisted on Blocktrail or nothing.
3. One week after you finally integrated Blocktrail, the whole site went blank unannounced. When I contacted you, you acted as if you didn't know what was happening, then later said it was from the feed providers.
4. It is important to note that you managed to get the bitcoin payment working after 4 months, not because you did anything special nor because you wanted to complete the job. You only got it working just to collect the second installment payment, which I paid. Few days after that payment, the site went blank again!
5. You have been in the business for 15 years as your company claimed? Can you mention just one successful company that is using your solutions? But I can mention tens that had similar experiences as me that has closed shop or never get started. Tens of startups that you have defrauded and frustrated.
