Best way to buy would be in a trusted exchange.
You can buy using other cryptocurrencies or with fiat currencies.
Here is a list of top exchanges by market capitalization: https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/

You can also check out this thread for the best choice of wallets to safeguard your assets: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1631151.0

It depends upon which country do you live, your age and do u have a bank account ?  In most cases you can buy bitcoins from localbitcoins.com as it supports almost all of the countries.
By the way you need to edit the subject, It should be Buy bitcoins and not Bye Bitcoins  Cheesy

I don’t know if you’re for real or not, but asking like that (and that is your second post with a similar question today) needs to be managed with care. To be on the safe-side, avoid PMs from members at this stage if they offer to help you out on a one-to one basis, and keep things out in the open here. After all, you do wish (I figure) to buy Bitcoins and not "Bye Bitcoins".

The majority of us enter purchase our crypto on an exchange, and while at that, you need to pick one that is reputable, accessible from your country, and accepts a payment method which you can use. You also need to consider where you are going to store the purchased crypto (type of wallet, placement, cost, and so forth). @Upgrade00 has pointed you to some usefull resources you should look through to start with.

As others have mentioned, it truly depends on the country you are located. There are some exchanges which operate in multiple countries, but for the best advice that is information which would be helpful.

There are various websites where you can simply swap in your country, and it will list exchanges/atms/etc where buying Bitcoin is possible. For example:
https://www.buybitcoinworldwide.com/canada/

I suggest you to don't buy Bitcoins now, if you are such newbie.

Do some research, do google first "how to buy bitcoin" or how to "buy bitcoin in your country name". Read some articles there and then compare all sites you will get to know which exchange is suitable.

Everyone here will suggest according tho their preference.

And maybe scammers send you message to buy Bitcoin from their sites  they will say buy bitcoin from this site and all that shit.

I think P2P transactions will be the best option for you, you can buy BTC safely and quickly at https://remitano.com/
Or if you already have USDT on the blockchain platform you should consult the top coinmarket exchanges https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/
