Reflex Token paying for comment in their ANN thread

I was looking for cryptocurrency jobs & got this.
In bounties.network, they have offered job asking people to add comment in their ANN thread. I guess this is not ethical although the bumping system is not working for them  

Does this offense deserve a ban?

Yes it's not allowed according to forum rules. All the accounts made a reply on that thread and it's confirmed they did it for a reward, will receive a perm ban. It's a "spam boosting" and i remember there is a full dedicated thread in Meta to report those users+ projects.

I had reported the topic yesterday with a link to this thread. The thread isn't trashed yet nor the OP of that thread get banned. I'm really surprised what are the rules for it. They are abusing the system; trying to get bumped the thread as well as having impression from the investors I guess.
Can an admin/mod tell us why no action is taken yet on this?

Do not expect the OP of that thread to get banned. The OP can only get negative trust. There have been many ANN thread with fake volume. I have seen some thread that were deleted. But usually, they are not trashed.

Don't spread wrong information, this isn't belongs to trust network. This case should be handle by moderators. The post have been reported, so moderators will decide if thread deserve on trashcan. Usually moderators do not delete such as thread permanently so moved on trashcan is appropriate for that case. Even OP not banned, but thread should moved to trash and temp ban is appropriate.

@OP, seems thread not yet moved to trashcan, you might send PM to appropriate moderators of that board with briefe description why thread should move into trash. I did previously same thing and reported thread was trashed. Moderators of that board is much responsive. So try it if they missed this thread.

What's the status of your report? Was it marked bad or still unhandled?
If unhandled, you might want to follow Coolcryptovator's suggestion.

If I'm correct, to have the report statistics, I gotta have reported more than 300 posts which I haven't reported yet. I guess it's unhandled, I can't remember how much unhandled I had seen last time though. I will follow what Coolcryptovator said. It would be better if a admin/mod explain why no step taken yet, could have more appropriate report later/next time.
