UPDATE: the developers of the coin reached out and spent a lot of time with me to answer questions.  I'm convinced they have a solid product --- it's early stages but technically very interesting with the PoF/PoW combination. Interesting project.

NGIN will be taken over by the Chinese team, we will be based on the current chain of 1,000,000 high asset distribution to launch new chain digital currency, all the original team's assets will be destroyed. The new chain development has not yet been completed.
