Could someone share a bat for the opencl miner for amd cards.  Was mining for a week and now the bat file I used no longer works.  On any pool.

Hardware shown best bang for buck mining (1070/1080 TI)... Only those video cards can be used in mining the BEAM? lower than the recommended video cards cannot mine?

Hello BEAM miners!

First thing, if you are using windows, is to open the command prompt first, and then run the bat manually, so it returns to the terminal and stays open so you can see the output. You might catch an error here.

Second, running on Windows can be tricky. You have to make sure you have drivers installed correctly, libraries and dependencies installed. Check Claymore's btctalk for that.

Third, we did create a user-friendly ready-to-go solution called PiMP OS back in 2012. This not only includes claymore, custom kernel and drivers made for mining, optimized config files, troubleshooting and diagnostics tools, and the miner.farm monitoring tool all built in, but also, works out of the box, hashes faster than most windows rigs, and boasts uptimes in the hundreds of days. Give us a try! getpimp.org has a video and more information. Let our experience and workmanship work for you. Thank you very much!

Currently we include some BEAM miners that you can also try with or without PiMP OS: both bminer (amd+nvidia) and gminer (nvidia) have support for mining BEAM. Both miners are stable, provide good hashrates, have great command line options, and a solid API to get stats from.

In the BEAM support channel we learned about beepool and sparkpool. Example: beam.sparkpool.com:2222

I hope this information helps you.

Can someone help me, i got the basic gigabyte 6 graphics card mb, celeron, 4gig ddr4, 120 m.2 ssd and 2x powercolor rx 480 8gb red devil, 600W bequiet psu(silver).
My power draw(wall) is 350W, i think it's waay too high for 16 sols(beam-opencl-miner), msi afterburner shows 90 watts per card, bios moded (just timings and 2100 mhz on mem) and underclocked down to 1150mhz, why is my power draw so high? Mining Loki i did like 2k hashes and like 320 from the wall(still looks to much for me). No, my cpu is not mining(as if it would raise the watts more than 20). Thanks in advance!

Now that we’re all mining beam like crazy, can anyone point to a reputable and easy to use exchange for the US that can be used to exchange BEAM -> BTC of even, gasp, fiat USD, that would be appreciated.  I know a lot of us are just hodling, but I plan on 50/50 hodl/exchange, so would like to have an idea of where this can be done easily.
