Most prize campaigns have rules that read:

Alt account isn't allowed to participate on this campaign. If you are found to enrolling alts you will be removed without receiving any payment and might get negative feedback.

And what if a manager registers in someone else's campaign with an Alt account.
Was it on purpose or did the manager violate existing rules.

Yep, that should be the first thing to do. Unfortunately, these low-level bounty managers are cheaters themselves and probably push their own 10 accounts in the bounty. If you look at the accounts above, a couple of them has a negative trust for selling ANN Bumping services etc and shouldn't be accepted in the campaigns in the first place.

It is even harder to present proofs for other people to understand easy.
Sometimes they use different addresses, but they always make some mistake

I'm not going to deny this. Thanks for remembering my 2017 journey. Danica22 is my wife's account. She's helping me to do bounty jobs way back 2017 and that time I do not know using 1 address is illegal in this forum. Anyway, your words cannot define who I am. That's a long time ago.

From what I know the "alt account" rule only comes when both the main account and the alt account is enrolled in the same campaign however if one user only has one account enrolled in one campaign even if its an alt then it's still allowed without any kind of violation whatsoever. Having an alt account isn't a violation in itself, however having two accounts in the same campaign would just be considered as cheating the campaign. Below are some of the campaign rules I know about alt accounts being enrolled in a sig campaign.

1 bitcointalk account per person(If you are found to be enrolling alts you and your alt are kicked out with no pay)

5. Enrolling alts will result in both of your accounts removed without payment.

I was also sure that in one bounty campaign member is not allowed to use his main and alt account if have any but if he is enrolled in two different bounty campaigns with his accounts then there should be no problem.

It would be great to confirm or deny if this is truly the case? Are alt accounts allowed if the main account is not involved in this same bounty campaign or alts are not allowed at all?
