POLONIEX LBC WITHDRAWAL ISSUE : COMPLETE ERROR :( :( :(

Hello, Friends


I have withdrawn LBC from Poloniex to bittrex 24 hours ago but it didn't process and start flipping from pending to processing every time then ended with Complete error.

I sent ticket support after 1 hour of pending status and I sent another ticket concerning complete error after it appeared later and they said we will look into the transaction and reach you as soon as possible but they didn't reach me asap and still waiting.

Is there anyone here with such a problem or have advice? Help me please

I'm afraid you just have to wait for their next reply. I don't know about their current customer service but they use to have an almost non-existent support team.

2 things you can do to fix this:
- Create a ticket every 2 days to follow up on your problem, this problem needs to be fixed manually because the transaction is failed. They need to resend it manually in order to finish this issue

- Send a message with your ticket number to their social media such as Poloniex Twitter to follow up on the issue.

or you can wait for a few days, hoping they would fix it.

Nothing else you can do but to wait until they fix the issue.

Last September 4, they disabled PASC and LBC wallets because of deposit and withdrawal issues (source). On the same day, PASC wallet has been re-enabled while no update about LBC wallet (source). Most likely the problem with LBC wallet has never been resolved from that moment.

Worst is that LBC is included in the coins that are scheduled to be delisted on Poloniex. LBC withdrawals will permanently be disabled on October 28th (source). I hope by that time, your LBC is already out of the exchange. Good luck!
