http://dyorpodcast.com/private-keys-with-jameson-lopp/

I was able to chat with Jameson Lopp, CTO of Casa, about his work at Casa regarding Private Keys and how he sees the LN being built out.

What do you guys think?

I think you should make an introduction. Who the hell is this guy? What is Casa? What did you talk about? Why should I click this link?

I see lots of people here advertising their services here,  but you need to do a little better to catch up readers attention.
Create some discussion and use your link as reference or more information....

These days newbies started to post in Development & Technical Discussion board too?
This kind of topic usually should be in the Altcoin Discussion board. Please someone report this topic for wrong board, I wish I could but I do not want to expose my email address to the moderators.

This kind of topic usually should be in the Altcoin Discussion board.

No, it shouldn't. The Lightning Network can be easily implemented in altcoins which are forks of Bitcoin with SegWit, but it is usually associated with Bitcoin. I'll read the transcript of the podcast tomorrow. I took a quick glance and it looks like Bitcoin Cash trolls will finally have something to argue about.

These days newbies started to post in Development & Technical Discussion board too?

I guess you were not around when nullius was here.

I am well aware of nullius. Too bad the user did not continue.

I don't see any problem. If newbies weren't allowed to post in this board, some of us probably will never know about few interesting thesis/research such as Breaking Mixing Services & Anonymous Atomic Swaps Using Homomorphic Hashing, even though usually i only understand the high level overview of the thesis/research Cheesy
My concern is about spamming and cheap approach of advertising. By the way, just checked those links above and seems like they are very different from OPs case. OP came here just to throw the URL in the post. Notice he is not even engaging in the conversation. It's pure spamming.

Strange that you never heard about him, he's pretty popular in Bitcoin community, especially on twitter. He has a personal site (https://www.lopp.net/) which holds some pretty good educational links and resources. He also was in the news when in 2017 his house was swatted, and people suspected that bcash trolls were behind it, since he was critical of that shitcoin and other forks.

Nice content, I'm a fan of Jameson Lopp, I used to read the presentations on his personal site some time ago, and they where a great explanation for me to show friends.

I'd agree with bitmover, if you want to get new people into crypto, you definitely need to make introduce the man, because I'm pretty sure no one outside of crypto knows who James is. Show off casa - which is a great project for multi sig, and get him to show off his many, many qualifications. I'd also have liked it if you plugged his website at the start or end of the podcast, it has great educational content there and my friends personally learned a lot about BTC from reading it.
