I have not used poloniex so long, about over couple of years. I recently bought a new cell phone and I couldn't recover my google athenticator that I used before. I wanted to visit poloniex to reset my account and disable 2fa. As I don't know 2fa, I couldn't log in Poloniex and create a ticket. I tried to find out but I couldn't find any email address or means to contact poloniex in this case. There was just a circle FAQ only. The circle question mark on right upper side of screen in (https://poloniex.com/support/) didn't work out as well.
If anyone knows email address or how to contact poloniex support center, please let me know! I really need your help..

There was just a circle FAQ only. The circle question mark on right upper side of screen in (https://poloniex.com/support/) didn't work out as well.

Enter that website again and click on 'Contact Support' which is underlined. On the right, a new windows should appear. Select 'Account Access -> I need to disable my F2A' as your problem. Take a look at the picture below if you still don't know what you should click on. If it doesn't work for you then try using a different browser.



Edit: It looks like the circle you mentioned does exactly the same thing as clicking on the text. Use a different browser and make sure to disable all of its addons.

I'm having the same problem as you. I've tried multiple browsers and devices (computer and phone) as suggested above and that didn't work either. What I found to work is changing my IP address, so you can try that (I've used ProtonVPN).

If that doesn't work, you can try these emails (not sure about their legitimacy).

It's worth mentioning that they'll only disable your 2FA If you manage to provide details about your account such as trading activities, balances, etc.

I am not sure why you have problems to open support window, and how this can be related with user IP, does it mean that they block certain countries? I try to click on "Contact Support" and "Support" button with question mark, and both open support request window on the bottom right side.

I am using Chrome with AdBlock, location Europe.
