If the website didn't provide you a transaction id then you should contact their support directly. The fees are at the bottom right now so every transaction is confirmed in less than one hour. It looks like they haven't sent the coins to your wallet yet.

The pending status is on the site (tell us its name) you're using or Electrum? If it's the website and you have any TXID. Try to check it here.

If the TX has any confirmation and you can recognize your receiving address, then the problem might from Electrum and you should make sure that you're using the latest version and a green light is showing on the bottom right of the window.

That withdrawal from gambling or any other ponzi scheme? Transaction pending means from where you have withdrawn fund they had not approve yet. So your transaction had not broadcast on blockchain, you should contact website regarding that issue. There is nothing wrong with your electrum address.

Please let us know, is your transaction pending on electrum? If so then please check your address on blockchain  how many confirmation there.

I will suggest you to provide more details about your transaction. Try to provide your transaction id (if you have) or you can share the website link to get clear suggestion from here. Basically delay for your transaction is depending two possible reason. Firstly website authority haven't given approval  for your withdrawal yet or still pending due to blockchain confirmation. If it relates with first one then you should contact their support staff to release your pending withdrawal from their end.

There could be several reasons why you haven't received your coins.

The website could be a scam and you can't withdraw your money from it.
The site sent the money but it hasn't arrived to your Electrum wallet because it is out of sync or outdated. Versions older than 3.3.3 can no longer connect to Electrum servers. 
The money was sent, your Electrum client is up to date but you gave them the wrong address for the withdrawal due to a mistake on your end or something that is called a clipboard virus that replaces the address you copy to one used by a hacker.

Head over to a block explorer (e.g. https://live.blockcypher.com/) and check your address for incoming transactions.

Do you see the transaction which is "missing" ?

If yes, your electrum somehow has a connectivity issue. Check whether you are on the original most up-to-date version and whether it is connected to the network (green circle at the bottom left).
If no, then "the site" didn't send the transaction. Which site are you talking about ?
