Work is important but more important is your heath!
Switch off the phone 30 mins before going to sleep.
Before I go to sleep, I exercise thoroughly....
I try to finish my assignments and other stuffs during the day because I hate to sacrifice sleep at night for doing any work even if it's urgent as I feel it to be injustice towards my body.
If I don't feel sleepy, I'll just drink water and close my eyes. Trying to kill time doing other stuffs because of not feeling sleepy will kill the sleep more, hence it's better to just close eyes and give the body rest.
The reason that keeps me from sleeping are tensions from future regarding career and that sort of stuffs.
To cope, I just procastinate the worries till for morning and tell my brain to go to sleep now.
Internet is beautiful, but your dream world in sleep is more beautiful, if you get addicted to dream world, it's not hard to not worry about missing stuffs on internet while you are sleeping and enjoying
