Let's be realistic here and only point OP to the possible things that can be considered. Talking to a CEO is like 0.00001% chance.
No way they will just respond to an email with a content:
"I have a great and wonderful idea that can your exchange increase the number of users and transaction volumes. Message me if interested." Make sense.
Not only 0.00001% but this thing is almost impossible or lets say 0 chance to happen.No exchange owner would just simply hear out some strangers
words about ideas on how to run up the exchange and increasing its users.They do know on what their doing so its not possible for them to hear out on others opinion or ideas.
