I will be renting out space in my commercial building.
I am trying to generate income as I set up my own miners.
I’m located in USA // PA
I pay .04 usd per kW ( best rate I could get )
The building has A/C, security camera and is a solid block wall.
It has no windows and only 2 entry points with steel doors.
I hold a $1,000,000 insurance policy on the contents inside
Incase of any damages to your property.

I’m available to meet in person and show you the property.
Everything is straight forward. I’m willing to do video calls
For a walk around I have over 6000 sqft available. Any kinda
Large scale storage of miners will require time as I will need to
Make power upgrades and ways to remove heated Exhausted air
From the miners.

do your distribution fee's on power level it to .04c?
Here in TX even at .045kwh usually end up being near 0.07+ after distribution.
Do you have any infrastructure already deployed for mining?. 3p steped to pdu's things like that?. I see you have some things
Starting a venture like this essentially requires a business plan or a proposal thats pretty in depth to things such as deployment methods and staff ect.
Are you going to start with .05MW .5MW 1MW? More?.
