we are in the need of a individual or a well-rehearsed group of individuals able to archive the following framework.
Payment (in BTC if you wish) would be done on each milestone on a road map defined by you.
A big chunk would be left for passing the end test of course.
The time frame can be defined by you as well, but we except a observance of the time limit.
And a steady flow of work invested into the project.
Servers will be supplied by us, so you can basicly start on a green field.
Software used is up to you, regarding version control, project road map, etc.
But as red5 is written mainly in java anyways, we would expect to have a platform independant viewer client as well.
The framework itself has bascily to be able re-streaming a live stream with a carrier storage time of 7 up to 14 days.
A brief example:
Facility A is starting an experiment, Facilities B, and C have to be able to join the live stream of the experiment as well as go pack to interesting points x or y on the time frame.
Points x and y are laying in the past, so that is where the carrier storage should kick in an supply/ start the stream on the point x or y in the past and keep streaming.
We hope red5 is even capable of the points we want/ need from it?
If this isn't the case please drop us a notice on your opinion of why this will not work with red5., we are open for possible alternative solutions like wowza etc.
