Is it possible to continue trading without any loses?

I have starting trading a few months ago on IQ option bitforex and some other exchanges but I can't get lose and continue trading for 3 month but last week I invest in cryptoesto this is a new company. I invest in this but now this company is not available on google. I got the first time to lose from this company.
Can I get my investment back? And how I report this company?
Please give me your opinion

Wow your so much lucky guy, trading in 3 months without loses your so bless well congrats,  investing in a new company need to learn well specially a new exchnage to avoid loses and get scam.
