LATOKEN exchange and blockchain startup Dreamr are announcing the first Security Token Exchange Offering (STEO) event by a U.S. company, which will be held on 8th August. The STEO format combines the benefits of STO and IEO types of crowdfunding, and could become a new benchmark for fundraising.

We cannot go back in time and take part in one of the first ICO’s (Ethereum) with an ATH return of 460 633% or one of the first IEO’s (BitTorrent) with a 1 683% ATH return. Opportunities like those are extremely rare, happen quickly, and we usually learn about them only after the fact. Perhaps this, the first STEO from Dreamr, is also this kind of an opportunity; one that should not be missed.

ICOs were far from perfect and became one of the main causes of Crypto Winter; the market reacted with the evolution into STO and IEO formats, and Crypto Spring began. The next stage is the appearance of STEO’s, which combines the advantages of its predecessors, thus replacing Crypto Spring with Crypto Summer.

Come to think of it LAToken is one of the most underrated exchanges out there. And people forget that they even have a native token called the LAToken. With proper permissions and legitimate Security Token offerings, LAToken can be the center of the US crypto scene ever since the New York clamp down a few years ago.

I am a Latoken user, I make small trades there. You are right, they say that Latoken has a fake trading volume.
for me it was not important and I took advantage there.

If I should ask you, what exactly is good about the IEO that you are saying? How exactly has ico helped us in building the market back ever since it was introduced because I have still not seen much difference from the way the market was prior to when IEO was introduced and now after the introduction?

The only thing I see is that the exchange and their projects are really going to the bank with a very fat amount, the exchanges collects huge amount of fiat from the projects which they themselves do not even keep in their wallet but in their fiat account, the project because of hype of Binance is able to generate very huge amount of money, of which they still end up dumping when investors gets huge amount of money from them as profit, so I still don’t know how this new one will be of any use when the older ones are yet to do the needful.
