So i haven't used the waves client in a while.  I tried to log in and when i open waves client program, message i get is there was error in program but backup is restored on the bottom right like in notifications for windows 10.


On the main screen, it shows get started only as oppose to enter my password.   It shows Waves Dex on the top left etc.


Can someone tell me why i cannot log into my waves wallet?  It should have waves account number there and i copy/paste my waves password but i cannot do this?

Anyone?  Why does it not show my waves address and then give me option to login with my waves password?


It shows Waves Dex on the top left... and shows in middle get started and it ask me to create a password.


Im confused why does it do this?  I previously used the old waves lite client a while back... then used the waves desktop client... but what is this?  How do i access my waves?

Install the extension Waves Keeper for Chrome. Accept the license agreement, specify the password, and then the Keeper will offer you to create a new account or restore an existing one on the seed-phrase. Enter the seed-phrase, specify the name of the wallet and then it is synchronized - all funds are in place.

make sure that you are using an updated version of WAVES client. I faced a somewhat similar issue a while back turned out my client was not up to date.

make sure that you are using an updated version of WAVES client. I faced a somewhat similar issue a while back turned out my client was not up to date.

It's possible I just downloaded and created an account on Waves Client I have no problem login on, maybe it has something to do with your connection, every time my connection is slow I have a hard time running the client.

Many people are not using Waves Client and they are not holding waves based token and Waves is taking a back seat from all the token creation in the market, they should makew their platform competitive.

Maybe 1st you should do is update your waves client, then you should restore your account with seed phrase, If you have lost your seed phrase it's very sad.

You mean download waves desktop client on the wavesplatform site again before i do this?  Or which one?
