Other than that, I noticed you posted a good amount of pictures - the only problem is that none of your pictures include a date/timestamp or username. Are you able to post a picture with that for better verification?

Last thing I can see at a glance is that your S/N is visible, and that's something that I would advise against publicly displaying personally.

What worries me is that they said " The firmware is the original and was not modified.". If they know anything about gpu's then they already know its not possible to do that with Nvidia. So do they actually have the card and used the card or are they just posting random pictures and hoping someone will bite?? Just my take on it. Not accusing anyone of anything but it doesn't sit right with me.

It's entirely possible that OP doesn't know anything about graphics cards and still has one to sell. Their ignorance on a particular issue regarding the product isn't necessarily a red-flag, but when you tie it into the whole picture it definitely shouldn't sit right with anyone. Brand new account, selling something they don't know very much about with pictures that have nothing identifying them as their own.

Hopefully they post a timestamp with username to quiet (most of) the suspicion.

You guys raise some valid points, though arguably exaggerated. But you also seem to be going out of your way to ignore information provided in the original post. That post provides a tracking number for an app where a photo originating from a mobile phone is provided and a blockchain generated timestamp for the logged photo is provided (ie more assuring than a user set timestamp). It also references escrow. While I haven't thought through the details of escrow for this venue, my initial thinking is agreeing on a moderator from the Open Bazaar Verified Moderators. In any case, blindly ignoring a reference to escrow raises as many questions about you as your assertions about me.

He probably meant BIOS and you can in fact flash Nvidia BIOS.

These apps you're talking about are not common practice around here, so it's not as though we're ignoring what you've presented - it just doesn't mean anything to us. An explanation, like you've just provided would have went a long way initially. Although, I don't think it's an "exaggerated concern" to request a timestamped photo with your username. People still request this from me and I've done dozens of deals here.
