Hi,
I'm working with a regulated liquidity provider selling BTC, an institutional OTC desk based in Toronto, Canada.
If you want to buy BTC or if you are in connection with a buyer, here is the procedure (neither flexible nor negotiable):
1/ KYC/AML and Purchase Agreement.
2/ Send Funds by wire to the desk.
3/ Trade. Lock price for 5 minutes.
4/ Direct settlement: you receive the BTC just after the trade.
No POF and No POC as it's a regulated liquidity provider.
No Discount.
