200 mio usd/100usd=2mio banknotes
1 banknote is ~1g
So 2mio banknotes is 2 tons weight...
Maybe you want to meet at starbucks and hand over 2 tons of cash ...

I am very sure your offer is not serious, it's a scam attempt done by a third world scammer who has never held even 10000usd in his hands.

Did you take a look at the actual offer?


Nothing is being asked upfront, and the actual exchange of assets would only be done Face to Face, using a mutually agreed upon procedure and location.


Furthermore, the Buyer is willing to provide Proof of Funds and KYC.


The Premium is high to compensate for the fact that it is very large amount of physical cash, about 2.4 tonnes, making it a cumbersome transaction.
