How to get back on telegram channel for Binance English?

There’s a lot of interest in the DEX and there is an airdrop, however after seeing a HTTPS site listing a “BINANCES-DEX” and trying to alert this isn’t BINANCE-DEX’s airdrop scam and posting about it on their channel they cut me off of the Telegram Channel. 
An angel even said that the fact it appeared was “impossible” but I have screenshots of it and posted to warn but poof, I was cut.
Who, how should I go about getting reinstated?

Note that a site having SSL doesn't automatically make it legitimate. You can freely make your website have HTTPS through free services like Cloudflare.

I searched binance website and found their official telegram channels, they have many.

Those are all of them. There is no Binance DEX telegram channel. If you are using any channel not listed here, just leave because it is a SCAM.

Personally, I don't spend my time to visit or investigate further. The name of that group tells us everything:

BINANCES-DEX

If Binance has any telegram group for their DEX, it should be whichever suffix, but the prefix has to be Binance.
There is only official Binance exchange, any exchange that use pseudo-name-calling, like Binances, Binnance, Binnances are scam ones, in my opinion.

If someone invite you to join Etheereumm telegram group, and claims that it is an official group of Ethereum project, do you believe it is real one?
Pay your attention on name of groups, then you will be fine.

It is hilarious to be trapped by those scam efforts, because they don't even use further techniques, such as punny code.

First of all Binance does not conduct airdrops through telegram groups.  The groups you were in were owned by a scammer and after trying to warn people they immediately banned you from the group so that you are not able to warn others that it's scam.

Binance airdrops are usually conducted on the exchange through traditional competitions.

Who said that? And even if anyone did how are you sure that it is them? I have never heard of Binance conducting airdrops. The only exchanges who do them are the shitty low volume ones who want these bottomfeeder bounty lovers to sign up and spam their airdrop link in every freaking social media channel that their time permits.

It is possible you are looking across a scam channel and thus steer clear of it. Also the people who linked you to it may be associated with the scam too.
