No fixed payment? Some bounty hunters might do this but I do not think there will be legit advertisers who would render their services and then wait if you would profit.

If you're going to do it that way, why not do it like how most websites do it? Add an affiliate/referral program. That way, you wouldn't need everyone to message you individually. Of course, completely assuming that your "crypto company" is legitimate in the first place.

If you are looking to pay for advertisement you will want to have a budget and not offer commision. If you dont have an established product/service, no one will want to accept these terms.

Why spend extra or try to share your profit when you can be a seller of Bitcoin in localbitcoins? It's fast to create an account and they are technically advertising your product for you without any hassle on finding a buyer on your own. Because realistically speaking I don't see how a middleman like this would be able to find you your own clients, having them advertising you and then directing them towards you would just add a lot of suspicion on how the deal should really work. At least with localbitcoins the sellers are somehow trusted by the buyers since they also have KYC involve.

Make an announcement thread for your future customer's reference, either here or on where you preferred. In that way, your hired advertisers can lead those customers into a place where they will see some detailed information about your offer. You can also be vouched there for every successful transaction.

It's difficult to trust a plain simple word for a sensitive business like that. At least, make it professional by setting up pages or a standalone website. But remember it's not as simple as you think.

You'll need to have decent traffic people to even consider shilling for your product, and since I'm assuming that the OP's project is a relatively new one and doesn't have a lot of traffic for this to happen.

He isn't looking to spend money to make money (even though he should be), he basically wants you to bring him people to profit off, and then he will cut you into what profits he's making off them, simple referral systems.

OP there's a lot of manager here that you can contact so you can read their different topics in services here in forum like they will do promote your business here in crypto but you need big funds about this then all managers here have different ways for promoting it then you need also to pay base in what they want and not 30%

While there is already exchanges available, having a middleman for bulk or huge trading can might be mean to avoid KYC or fees. If it will work like a commission basis,there will be many who can be your middleman but it is not assure that you can get client. Providing a website or account were the promoter can link your info will be needed. Please detailed the terms on how the transaction will go since there is no escrow or anything at stake that business will not work well.

So, the highlight of the promotion is a signature campaign? 

I'm not saying that signature campaign is the only one way to promote any crypto related service, but from my observations it is probably the most popular (next to social media) option for promotion. Maybe if it was a phase of attracting investors, it would be better to look for them at international events, but when it comes to attracting users and traders, signature campaign may be one of the best ways.
