Question for blockchain projects with utility token.

Is there a problem with buying your token by customers?

It's a long way like:
1) your need create account on crypto exchange (with KYC/AML)
2) you need to exchange Fiat money (CC) to BTC/ETH
3) you need buy YouToken (like ERC20)
4) you need send YouToken from CrypoExchange to MyWallet
5) you need send tokens to recipient (with gas fee by ETH)

Maybe you know an easier way?

Yes, there is another way to conduct IEO using the exchange. Then a few points you just crossed out. KYC is not required for the sale of tokens if you sell through the ICO system. But the ICO system is already dead
