I can open them with notepad and I have the password, is there any way to parse them and decrypt the seed?
What file you are talking about that you can open with notepad?
Is it a wallet file without any extension? or it is AES-256 Encrypted text?
Much better to tell us which file you are talking about.

Just add this if the ETFbitcoin doesn't work try to install an old version of Electrum below 2.9.3 you can download it from their download page from here
