  I have been using Armory for about a year without trouble. Now when I try to start Armory it Initializes Bitcoin Engine, then the Armory.QT.exe error stops Armory from Starting. Can anyone help me?

AFAIK their preferred way of getting support is via the support system either via the software itself (which probably won't work for you) or https://bitcoinarmory.com:8443/
