This is either a bought or hacked account. Last post of this seller was almost 2 years ago.
This user's password was reset recently.
This user recently woke up from a long period of inactivity.

If you are dumb enough to purchase use a BITCOINTALK ESCROW so you have some protection.  If the seller refuses escrow stay away.
