Dear Arteïa Supporters,

During the last year we have been working hard to launch our MVP and sell the associated ARTK tokens that would allow the use of the platform.

If you have been following the crypto space in the recent months however, you have seen companies facing a lot of difficulties, from changing regulations to the bearish market.

After intense deliberations, we have reached the conclusion that under today’s market conditions, proceeding with the ICO process is, sadly, unjustifiable. We have therefore decided to abort this operation and pursue a classical fundraising path.

We are still confident that blockchain technology will bring major improvements to the art ecosystem, and continue our work on blockchain-based solutions.

We would like to thank our great partners, Havas Blockchain, Amazix and Token Market for the continuous support.

It was a very difficult decision to make but we believe it is the right one.
